We ask every employee two questions about how they are feeling at work and life this week, allowing each person the space to discuss their needs without formal meetings or emails.
Before each meeting, we ask everyone to answer a random question . The topic can be about anything, but should help everyone understand the energy level and headspace of the other attendees.
